Amami MCP docs
Plans and usage
Amami Cloud is priced by tenant capacity. Every plan includes the privacy-first analytics foundation, API access, and MCP access. Plans differ by monthly event volume, data retention, collaboration capacity, request rate, and advanced automation.
Plan summary
- Free: $0. 100K events/month, 5 websites, 1 member, 5 goals, 50 session replays/month, and 7-day retention.
- Starter: $9/month or $90/year. 500K events/month, 10 websites, 1 member, 20 goals, 500 session replays/month, 6-month retention, and CSV export up to 10K rows.

Annual billing is priced at ten months of the monthly plan.
Usage limits
Usage is measured at the tenant level, so websites and members inside the same tenant share its allowance.
- Events: measured monthly. Amami shows notices at 80% and 95%. At 100%, new tracking pauses until the plan is upgraded or the next monthly period begins.
- MCP: the displayed 50-call Free, 500-call Starter, and unlimited higher-tier values are published plan targets. They are not yet uniformly enforced by the tenant entitlement service.
- API and AI: displayed request, analysis, and report limits are published plan targets. Confirm current enforcement in the product before treating them as hard quotas.
- Replays: Free includes 50/month, Starter 500, Pro 5K, Team 25K, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Feature availability
- Export: CSV starts on Starter with a 10K-row limit. Pro includes 100K rows, Team 500K, and Enterprise unlimited rows. JSON and scheduled exports start on Pro.
- Email reports, alerts, webhooks, JSON export, SSO/SAML, and most white-label administration are published entitlement targets or legacy gates, not uniformly enforced tenant entitlements.
Enforcement rollout
Event, website, tenant-member, retention, CSV export row, and tenant-wide goal limits are enforced by the cloud service and return an upgrade recommendation when blocked.
Session replay still uses the legacy subscription gate while tenant-level replay metering is being migrated. MCP daily quotas, API request rates, AI analysis and report quotas, scheduled email reports, general-purpose alerts and webhooks, SSO/SAML administration, and white-label administration are published plan targets but are not yet uniformly enforced by the tenant entitlement service.
Data retention and downgrades
The plan's retention window controls the oldest selectable date in analytics views. Free retains seven days, Starter six months, Pro 24 months, and Team unlimited history. When a tenant changes to a lower plan, access is restricted to the new plan's window; data cleanup follows the configured retention policy.
Upgrade prompts
An unavailable feature is shown with a clear upgrade path. Hard limits, such as creating another website or inviting another member, are blocked by the API. Do not assume published MCP, API, AI, or replay targets are enforced until the current product surface or API response confirms them.
